Tasting notes
Señorío de los Llanos Rosé is a live cherry red color, it shows fresh and nice with balanced acidity, but it maintains a wide structure and a good memory in the aftertaste. Fermenting process
The grape of this Rosé is the Tempranillo grape that is stemmed and crushed for the skins to macerate with the grape juice pulling in this way out the color and the unwanted aromas. It racked 6 hours later and the fermentation is follows in the stainless steel tanks submitted to a strict control of temperature (18º C) to get in this way a wine balanced and aromatic.Servicing recommendations
We recommend serving this Señorío de los Llanos Rosé between 7 and 9º C.Pairing
This Rosé suits with aperitifs and light dishes.
