Appearance: Dark and bright garnet color.
Smell: Intense bouquet, clean and balsamic aromas, combined with red berries and spicy hints.
Taste: Firm structured, with a nice acidity. It is tasty and  finish with silky tannins.

Pairing: game dishes, grilled red meat, Manchego cheese and the best Pata Negra ham.

Decanting the wine before serving is recommended to let it show all its potential.

Best served at 16-18ºC.
