Tasting notes

This Pata Negra Gran Reserva is an intense red color wine, it appears lightly the tile tones, and on the nose the aroma of the barreling time is combined with the aromas of the varieties that they are no longer fruity but they are highly developed to other more complexes like spiced and milky aromas.
It is a structured wine, very nice, sweeping and with a long aftertasting.

Fermenting process

This Pata Negra Gran Reserva is obtained from selected grapes. It fermented at a control temperature around 25 -
30 ºC., having a maceration with the skins around 20 days, to get the structure and the own color of the wine whose destiny is to rest 5 years into the barrel. After the malolactic fermentation, the wine is taking in American and French oak barrels during 18 months. After this period the wine is bottled and aged in bottle.
