Don Luciano Tempranillo is a wine of intense red purple color (upper layer), with blue gleams. The aroma is typically varietal (red berries, ripe berries and mediterranean forest). In the mouth is a wine tannic, balanced and tasty.

Fermenting process

This wine is made exclusively with Cencibel grapes varieties previously selected. The fermentation has been made in stainless steel tanks, under strict temperature control. The maceration of the grape juice with the skins of the grape takes place in ten to twelve days. During this time, the must goes back periodically to facilitate the extraction of solids fruit. The fermentation concluded between seven and eight days after racking. The newly fermented wines are poured and leaved to stand until finish the malolactic fermentation
