Tasting Notes

Don Platino Jaume Serra Charmat Rosé is a pink wine, clean and bright with fine and abundant bubbles that emerge from the bottom of the cup, creating a persistent crown and dragging a delicate and clean aroma of red fruits and licorice.
The taste is sweet and fresh, with nice bubbles and the balance that provides a degree of sweetness and acidity.

Fermenting process

This wine comes from selected wines and is dealcoholisation in low-temperature by vacuum, thus maintaining all the characteristics of aroma and flavors.

Service Recommendations

We recommended serving this wine very cold, between 4 and 6 º C.
