Tasting notes

This Cava Rosé Brut is raspberry pink, bright and limpid. It has Fine bubble, persistence and abundant. It is presented on the nose with good aromatic intensity, very fresh and fruity. In the mouth is complete, alive, and with acidity.

Fermenting process

This cava has been elaborated under the strict traditional method, in which the second fermentation is placed in the bottle. The cava is getting older in perfect cold conditions and the calm of de underground cellars during a minimum of 12 months.

Servicing recommendations

We recommend serving this Jaume Serra very cold, between 4 and 6º C.


This Cava Rosé is very suitable to take as an aperitif at anytime.
