Tasting notes

This Brut Nature Vintage is a golden yellow color cava with green gleans of low intensity.
Clean, small and persistent bubbles that are taken place in slow rosaries forming a crown. In the nose is a fine and elegant cava with barrel aromas. On the mouth is very dry but balanced with a nice end. Retronasal sensations are frank and persistent.

Fermenting process

To make this cava we choose the best white wines of Chardonnay, Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel.lo. After adding the sugar and the selection yeasts it was made the second fermentation in bottle (traditional method) in our diggings at a temperature never above 16 º C to get in this way a persistent and small bubble.

This cava has been in our Jaume Serra cellars in strict darkness and silence a minimum of 36 months.

Service Recommendations

We recommend serving this Jaume Serra very cold, between 4 and 6º C.


This Vintage Brut Nature is ideal to be served with prawns and seafood. Also it is perfect as an aperitif and with all kinds of desserts.
