Castillo San Simón white wine is a straw color with greens tones and bright. Its aroma is fruity with hints of banana and apple, typically varietal. On the mouth is easy to drink, balanced and acid.Fermenting process
To obtain this white wine, grape juices are obtained by grinding, without pressure, are subjected to a static defangado. Once they are perfectly clean it is fermented at 18º C of temperature. Finished this, wines are racked and are conditioned to maintain its freshness until the moment in which they are bottled.Servicing recommendations
