Tasting notes
This Señorío de los Llanos Reserva is a garnet red wine with good intensity and with gleams in tile color. The aroma is very complex in which appear mature fruit and very delicate toast tones. It appreciates cacao and coffee notes. On the mouth is clear, tasty and structured. Medium persistence and subtle vegetable notes in the retronasal via. It has mature tannins.

Fermenting process
From selected grapes, it ferments at a control temperature around 25 - 28º C., doing a maceration with the skins in 8 days proximally. So they confer it good tannic structure. After the malolactic fermentation with the skins is taking the wine to American oak barrels where it rests 12 months. After this time the wine is bottled and aged in bottle.

Servicing recommendations
We recommend serving this Señorío de los Llanos Reserva between 14 - 16º C.

This Valdepeñas D.O wine accompany perfectly with red meats and roasts.
