Tasting notes

This Pata Negra Reserva is a wine with a upper coat, burgundy tones with tile nuances. It is interesting on the nose; it appreciated intense notes to wood in a very good combination with spiced nuances. It has a powerful and velvety tasting in the mouth, giving way to a pleasant warm and a very long aftertasting.

Fermenting process

This Pata Negra Reserva is obtained from the selected grapes. It fermented in a control temperature around 25 -30º C., having a maceration with the skins around 20 days, to get the structure and the own colors of the wine whose destiny is a barreling time of five years. After the malolactic fermentation is taken to American and French oak barrels where it rest during 12 months. After this time is bottled and aged in bottle.

Servicing recommendations

We recommend serving this Pata Negra Reserva Valdepeñas D.O. at a temperature between 16º - 18º C.

This Valdepeñas goes perfectly with red meats and roasts.
