Tasting Notes

Mayor de Castilla Toro Crianza is a red cherry color wine is with deep red rims.
This wine is fruity on the nose, with ripe red fruit tones followed by spicy aromas from the wood such as vanilla and tobacco. On the mouth is well structured wine, fleshy and very tasty, balanced with oak tannins.

Fermenting process

The second fermentation is from the Airen and Macabeo varieties through the Charmat method, with the addition of the liquor by type of product.

Service Recommendation

We recommend serving Mayor de Castilla Toro Crianza at a temperature of 16° C.

Pairing

Mayor de Castilla Toro Crianza is excellent to be served with fine meats, cheeses and shooting.
