In the mouth this wine has lots of fruity aromas.
 

Fermenting process

This Joven Jordán Rosé Wine comes from selected wines and is dealcoholisation in vacuum low temperature, to keep all its characteristics of aroma and flavors.

We recommended serving this Joven Jordán White cold, between 4 and 6 ºC.

Joven Jordan White is perfect to be served with fish, seafood, vegetables, paté and green cheeses.
