Jaume Serra Red wine Reserva of 2003 is an excellent wine with the Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo character.

Fermenting process
This wine has lived fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 22º C and a later Crianza of two years in barrels, after that it rested two years in the bottle.

Servicing recommendations
We recommend serving this Jaume Serra Tinto Reserva of the Guarantee of Origen Penedés to a temperature between 16º and 18º C.
