Don Luciano Rosé

Tasting Notes

Don Luciano Rosé is a very clean and shiny strawberry pink color. This wine has a typical aroma of the variety and licorice. The taste is fresh.
It is a nice rosé on the mouth with well balanced acidity and mouth development reminiscent of the nose stage.
 

Fermenting process

The juice is obtained without pressure after maceration with the skins during 18 hours at a temperature of 15º C. and goes to the fermentation stainless steel tanks with temperature control below 18º C. to get the most aromatic potential of grapes.

When fermentation has finished, the wine is racked to separate it from the sediments, it is corrected and stabilized to preserve its freshness until it is bottled.
 

Service Recommendations

We recommend serving Don Luciano Rosé wine table between 6 and 9º C.

This Rosé wine table, La Mancha D.O. is very appropriated to be served  with appetizers and snacks.
