Tasting Notes
Platino Jaume Serra Charmat Moscato is a natural sweet wine with yellow color and fine bubbles. On the mouth is light and elegant.
Fermenting process
The second fermentation is from Airen and Macabeo varieties of grapes, through the Charmat method, with addition of the liquor according to the type of product.
Service Recommendations
We recommend serving this wine very cold, between 4 and 6º C.
Pairing
This sparkling wine is excellent to be served with appetizers and desserts.
