Tasting Notes

Platino Jaume Serra Charmat Brut has a pale and bright yellow color with fine and abundant bubbles that emerge from the bottom of the cup, creating a persistent crown and dragging a delicate, clean, citrus and floral aroma. The taste is fresh and smooth, with nice bubbles, and excellent balance of acidity that gives a great balance and freshness to this wine.

Fermenting process

We get this wine with a second fermentation of the Cencibel variety through the Charmat method, with addition to the liquor according to the type of product.

Service Recommendations

We recommend serving this Platino Jaume Serra Charmat Brut very cold, between 4 and 6 º C.

Pairing

This wine is excellent to be served with all types of fish, desserts and sweets.
