Antaño Rosé

Tasting notes

Antaño Rose is a young wine with pink cherry color, medium intensity, and very bright. Its aroma is fresh, fine and floral, it reminds to berries, typical of the variety garnacha. In the mouth is easy to drink and tasty, slightly bitter, with a nice retronasal sensation.

Fermenting process

Antaño Rose has a traditional elaboration by blending the grape juice after a light macerate before the fermentation. The temperature of the fermentation is controlled between 18 - 20º C in stainless steel tanks. 

This wine is racked, stabilized and bottled in its youth.

Servicing recommendation

We recommend serving this Rose of Rioja between 7 - 9º C.

Pairing

Antaño Rosé goes well with nuts, pickles and marinades. This wine is ideal to take appart from meals.
