Antaño White Wine

Tasting notes

Antaño White wine is a yellow pale color wine, with straw-colored notes, perfectly limpid.

The aroma is perfectly frank, fruity, sweety and slightly herbaceous, with the particular feature of the viura variety. The first contact in the mouth mantain a high fresh level, with a balanced acidity, showing a very nice and persistence evolution.

Fermenting process

The fruit is pick it up with care, arriving the grape intact into the winery. Furthermore, the grape is destemed and crushed, and after a short and peculiar maceration process, to extract the aroma, the first grape juice is drained and defangado by gravity. 

Finally, It is ferment in stainess steel tanks at 16 - 18º C with a strict control of  temerature, racked, and stabilized in the way that conserves all the aromas and freshness until the moment of  botteled.

Servicing recomendations

We recomend to serve this Antaño White wine of  Rioja between 7 - 9º C.

Antaño White wine is perfect with fish, seafood, vegetables, pate, and soft cheese.
