Pascual has a plant in Palma del Rio (Andalucía) to develop in an environment squeezed juice not having storage, transport or cold.

Our company has made a strong investment in Huelva  in storage and cold transportation to maintain juices refrigerated. 

Pascual juices however, are sold in cold shelves market in the supermarket.

In 2006 we interposed a claim in Autocontrol, this resolution were forbidden Pascual juices to advertise as refrigerate juices for not to be, but the competences of Autocontrol can go more ahead than the publicity so as hey still selling their juices in cold market shelves, we were forced to interposed a proceedings.

Finally, Burgos county court, in the judgment of March 2010 “has estimated entirely the action made by J. García Carrión, S.A. against the trade Pascual milk S.A.” consist on the commercialize as refrigerate its product of the trade mark “Pascual juice” through its marketing n the cold market shelves and the inclusion in its labeled the recommendation of conserve the product between 0º and 6º C, that constitute an act of unfair competition and in consequence it sentenced to the defendants: … to cease and refrain from reiterating the declared unfair conduct.

Pascual rent last year the plant of bottled of Palma del Rio to “Refrescos del Sur•” a company dedicates exclusively to dedicates to a generic brands,
